I know what you’re thinking, ‘But are they really delicious?’ You can’t be skimping on flavor and quality just to save yourself some stress and time. Yall, we were so impressed with the taste and quality of the Bob Evans® sides!
Two of our favorite side dishes are Bob Evans® Macaroni & Cheese and Bob Evans® Mashed Potatoes. With simple ingredients like milk, butter, and real cheese, you don’t have to sacrifice quality for convenience. In my house, we’ve even made the Bob Evans® Macaroni & Cheese the main dish for simple dinners on busy weeknights. Just add a veggie and call that meal DONE! I’m pretty picky when it comes to premade mashed potatoes. I grew up on the homemade kind, but Bob Evans® Mashed Potatoes are impressively delicious. They taste like homemade and are ready in just minutes!
For breakfast, there are two game changers for my family.
Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns are the perfect breakfast side to keep on hand for everyday meals. They are found in the refrigerated section near the eggs at Walmart and are fresh, never frozen. Obviously, you can cook and brown them in a skillet to serve as a delicious side to your big breakfast. But my favorite way to use hash browns is to make a breakfast casserole with Bob Evans® Liquid Egg Whites, Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns, bacon crumbles, and shredded cheese. YUM! This is a wonderful dish to prepare the night before a busy holiday and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, pop it in the oven!

Bob Evans® Liquid Egg Whites come in a 32 oz. carton and are found right by the eggs at Walmart. They are wonderful in the above-mentioned casserole. However, I really love making an egg white omelet or frittata with some spinach and chopped bell peppers, or you could even add some Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns. Easy, but so delicious, full of recommended protein and hearty.
