Hi friends!

I’m back to chat about another item on my list of things I do to keep my family and myself well through the cold & flu season.

Here are a few of my standard additions to our routine:

  • A great multivitamin, mine is Garden of Life’s mykind Organics Women version.
  • A great probiotic, I use Garden of Life’s Dr. Formulated Probiotic for Women.
  • Garden of Life’s mykind Organics B-Complex vitamin
  • Vitamin C Spray, by Garden of Life’s mykind Organics
  • D3 Spray, by Garden of Life
  • Elderberry syrup or tablets
  • Essential Oils
  • All natural gel or spray hand sanitizers, especially at school pick up

This time, I’m sharing about Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Probiotics! I recently shared about these in our Instagram stories. In a poll on stories, 57% of viewers said they don’t take a probiotic. You guys!! Go search “benefits of probiotics” online and learn all the reasons they are a must have. Most importantly, probiotics can benefit your immune system and digestive health.

Your body will thank you. 😉

If you missed the first post, check it out in full here! Also, here is an overview of Garden of Life products. We love that their products are organic, non-GMO, gluten free, dairy free, and soy free.

When it comes to probiotics, I can’t think of a better one than those formulated by a doctor. “David Perlmutter, M.D., is an expert in the human microbiome, a board-certified neurologist, Fellow of the American College of Nutrition, and America’s brain-health expert.” –Garden Of Life Website

Like the vitamins, Garden of Life has you covered on the probiotic version you need. They have several different versions, each one has varying strains of good bacteria. Men’s Daily Care, Women’s Daily Care, Mood Daily Care, Kids Daily Care, Critical Care, UT Daily Care, Colon Daily Care, and Prostate Daily Care. These are shelf stable probiotics. I love that the Kid’s Daily Care is a no-sugar-added chewable tablet! My girls take that. My husband takes the Men’s Daily Care, and I take the Women’s Daily Care or Mood Daily Care.
