New to protein powders? Me too! Let’s explore this new world of adding protein to your diet together shall we?!?! Being a novice to this category, I did what any gal would do: I headed to Pinterest to look for EASY recipes. After an hour of going down the Pinterest rabbit hole, I settled on something I already make often, oatmeal! The only real adjustment I needed to make for my new fancy protein packed oatmeal was to add a little extra water and the Garden of Life Organic Protein powder. It comes in chocolate and vanilla and I obviously used the later of the two for my oatmeal. Topped it off with a little Greek yogurt, blueberries and honey and now I’m ready to tackle the day!
