With fall in the air, we love to curl up on the couch under some cozy blankets and watch a movie, but we can’t do that without popcorn. Here’s our go-to popcorn recipe. We make this multiple times a week- it’s a fam favorite!
Stovetop Popcorn Recipe:
1 TBS Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
1/3 c popcorn kernels
Seasoning of your choice
Add the avocado oil and popcorn kernels to a large pot and turn the burner on medium-high heat. Once hot enough, the kernels will start popping. Watch and listen for popping to slow. Once pops are about 3 seconds apart, remove from the heat. Pour the popped kernels into a large bowl. You can’t go wrong with sea salt, but you can get adventurous and try Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper, or even honey. Enjoy!
