Pink Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
10 peppermints, crushed
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate chips
1 cup milk
1 peppermint stick
Topping: dairy whipped topping, a peppermint stick and pink marshmallows
Set aside 1 tablespoon of crushed peppermints. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips on 20-second intervals. Dip the rim of the serving mug into hot chocolate and dip into reserved crushed peppermints to coat. Combine white chocolate chips, remaining peppermints, and milk in a small pot on the stove over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour hot chocolate into the mug. Garnish with the whipped topping, a peppermint stick, marshmallows, and the reserved crushed peppermints.

Almond Joy Hot Cocoa
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
1 (13.5 ounce) can of coconut milk
1 cup milk
1 cup chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
⅓ teaspoon almond extract
Toppings: dairy whipped topping, slivered almonds, marshmallows, toasted coconut, and
mini Almond Joy candy bar
Melt all the ingredients together in a small pot on the stove over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth. Then pour into the mug. Garnish with whipped topping, slivered almonds, marshmallows, toasted coconut, and a mini Almond Joy.
Nutella Snowflake Hot Chocolate
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
½ cup light blue candy melts, melted
1 cup milk
½ cup Nutella
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings: dairy whipped topping and chocolate syrup
Transfer melted candies into piping bags and pipe snowflake designs onto waxed paper; refrigerate until dry, about 15 minutes. Combine milk, Nutella, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a small pot on the stove over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into mug and top with whipped topping and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Carefully peel the waxed paper off candy snowflakes and use it as a garnish.
Milky Way Hot Cocoa
Makes 6 serving
Ingredients
6 cups milk
3 tablespoons malted milk powder
1 cup marshmallows
24 chewy caramel candies
¾ cup cocoa powder
Toppings: dairy whipped topping, chocolate ice cream topping, caramel ice cream
topping, a sliced Milky Way mini
Heat the milk, malted milk powder, marshmallows, caramels, and cocoa powder in a small pot on the stove over low heat. Keep stirring until smooth. Pour into mugs. Top with some whipped topping, chocolate, and caramel drizzle, and the sliced Milky Way mini.
