When it comes to lunches, it doesn’t get easier than throwing together a snack tray. It’s also a crowd pleaser in our house. It’s not something I even have to plan for really. I go to the pantry and refrigerator and pull out a range of snack foods to put in a muffin pan. The range I’m looking for is fruits, veggies, proteins, and of course something crunchy and salty. Gluten free Good Thins crackers by Nabisco are a delicious way to get that savory crunch on the tray. You can pick them up at Walmart, along with any other snacking foods you want for your tray.

Good Thins are gluten free, yes, but they are so much more! Check out this goodness:   NO artificial colors, NO artificial flavors, NO cholesterol, NO partially hydrogenated oils, NO high fructose corn syrup. A snack cracker that you can feel great about sharing with your friends and family.

Here’s what I put in ours for lunch: Good Thins crackers in Three Cheese, Sea Salt Corn, Sea Salt Rice, and Veggie Blend. (The veggie blend crackers are so good with pepperoni!) In addition, I added strawberries, grapes, pepperoni, cut up cheese sticks, grapes, carrots, almonds, and dark chocolate chips for a little treat.

So simple, right? I’m going to busting these out A LOT during the summer. It will be the perfect thing to take to the park, pool, or in the backyard. My muffin tin has a to-go lid that snaps on. DONE.
